I had recently lost my old dog to cancer,. My wife has some mild allergy’s to dogs, I’ve always wanted a hunting dog, with that the search began. My wife came across the Lagotto Romagnolo breed. We had to do some serious searching but found a breeder with puppies, so we jumped on the opportunity. We have not looked back on that decision. We have absolutely fallen in love with this breed. Our Harley will be the first to jump on the kids beds at night to get some cuddles. She’s very affectionate towards the entire family. She loves attention from anyone she meets, on walks or visitors at the house. Did I mention these dogs have an incredible nose? I enjoy my bird hunting and she has become an outstanding bird dog. Lagottos are a high energy dog and love to swim! They require plenty of exercise, but can also mellow out to relax with you. They and are great travelers. After falling in love with this breed, we decided to share our love with others and are planning to breed her this winter. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
